INGREDIENTS
Millets, Udid dal, Citric Acid (INS 330), Raising Agent (INS 500ii), Salt and Fenugreek
HOW TO PREPARE
Mix one measure of MK IT EASY dosa mix with 170 -180ml water, mix into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 to 6 minuts.
Pour the batter on hot tawa and spread it from center to border in a circular shape.
Roast for 1 minut on a high flame with oil
Remove it slowly from the tawa and serve it with chutney and sambar
You also prepare masala dosa with potato bhaji in the center and roll it and serve.
